What is a blind box?

Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible toy as a mystery until it is opened. Blind boxes typically come in series that shows a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.

Can I buy a specific figurine directly from the blind box series?

Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of blind boxes, we are unable to accommodate specific product for purchase.

Can I definitely get the secret edition?

No, there is a certain chance to get a secret edition (varies by different series) except the series marked as secret edition included.

Why do some products always sell out so quickly?

Usually the popular products are in very high demand. They may sell out quickly within seconds of being restocked. Please subscribe to "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" to get the first chance to purchase it when restocked.

When will you restock?

We are working hard to restock, but we don't have a specific date just yet. Please subscribe to "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" to get updates as soon as it’s back in stock.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my products?

All orders are allotted 1-3 business days for processing. Please check the Shipping&Delivery more details.

How could I know the shipping tracking information?

We generally update order information 2-3 days after you place your order. We will send an email to the email address you purchased the product from with the shipping number. If you would like shipping tracking details, please enter your shipping number on the tracking order page.

My package is missing. Can you help me?

If you have not received your delivered order or if your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Return & Exchange

What should I do if I want to return a product?

If you want to return pro first contact our customer service, please read our Return&Refund Policy for details.

Will the refund be sent to my new Paypal account if I’ve changed my account?

If the PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. And then send an email message to us with your order number for a refund.

When will my refund be processed?

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 7-14 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

What payments can I use?

We currently accept orders using the following payments: PayPal, Visa, Master, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Do I have to fill in my apartment number?

If you live in an apartment please be sure to fill in your apartment number so that you can receive your product, otherwise we will have difficulty delivering them.

Orders

Where is my order?

Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your account.Also can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.

How do I cancel my order?
